Shipping Returns & Payment

Your order will be shipped in a sturdy tube to protect your merchandise from damage while it is in transit. Postage and packaging is only charged once for each consignment. No additional fees will be charged. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You typically will receive your merchandise within 2 weeks after your order has been placed. Customers within the U.S. will receive a FedEx tracking number by e-mail so that they can trace their order online under www.fedex.com.

These terms of Sale apply to all products made by Wall Spirit Inc., all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.

Shipping

We ship nationwide & worldwide via Fedex.
Insurance is included, and a tracking number is sent to you by email.
All orders are normally delivered within 2 weeks of placing them, Monday to Friday, except holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor day, Black Friday weekend, etc.), or exceptional activity rush. During the Christmas period, Ground shipping doesn't guarantee a timely delivery: we recommend to chose an Express shipping option. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from our San Diego warehouse. Most delayed orders are shipped within 10-14 business days. For Express Shipping (2Days/Overnight), orders placed before 1 pm PST ship the same day.
For Express Shipping (2Days/Overnight), orders after 1 pm PST ship the next business day.

For Canada and Mexico

Fedex International Economy (5-7 business days) $24.95

Deliveries arrive Monday through Friday (no Saturday deliveries).
Orders are billed in US dollars (USD).
We cannot ship to PO. boxes
Shipping times do not include processing time.

After three delivery attempts Fedex will return the package to us and a re-shipping fee will apply. However, if you want Fedex to leave your shipment at the door please contact us prior to shipping. For business deliveries: Fedex will leave shipments at the lobby or at the front door. If you don't want this option, please contact us for a direct signature delivery. Even if you plan to use your product later, please inspect your package and its content as soon as you receive your order, since Fedex claims have to be filled within 21 days of the delivery. For your special events/deadline, please consider an Express Shipping option (2Days or Overnight) since Ground option doesn't guarantee a timely delivery.
